At Advanced Optics, we offer the most comprehensive eye care and technological advancements in eye care and we are looking to grow our team! It is the responsibility of the Front Office team to make the patient feel welcome and valued, as they are the first and last interaction. Duties will include verification and entry of patient information & demographics, scheduling appointments and communicating with the patient and various insurance companies as needed, as well as proficiency in scheduling and answering the phones. In addition, they will be responsible for maintaining working knowledge of participating insurance plans in order to effectively process accurate payment posting to patient’s account. Occasionally, this person will assist in patient’s eyewear selection, so general knowledge about glasses and contacts will be helpful. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and experience in the following is preferred, but not required. We are always willing to train the right individual:

Strong communication skills
Scheduling Requirements: Part Time with Flexible Hours. Approximately 25 hours a week.
